It helps to include your phone model, its iOS version, the game version from Settings, and what happened.

I have a new phone. How do I get my progress back?: Sign in to Game Center on the new phone with the same account, then open the game. While you're signed in to Game Center, your progress is backed up and comes back on a new phone or after reinstalling. If you played without Game Center, progress was saved on the old phone only.
Something I bought is missing.: Tap Restore purchases in the shop or in Settings. Items bought once, such as the starter pack, stay with your Apple ID and come back. Cash packs are added to your game when you buy them and aren't restored.
How do I get a refund?: Apple handles payments and refunds for the App Store. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I stop sharing play data?: Switch off Settings › Share play data in the game. You can switch it back on at any time.
How do I turn off reminders?: Turn them off in the game's Settings, or in your phone's Settings under Notifications.
How do I delete my data?: Settings › Delete my data deletes your progress on your phone and in the cloud, deletes your Unity account, resets your Game Center achievements for the game, switches analytics off and asks Unity to delete the analytics data it holds for your installation. It can't be undone, though items bought once can still be restored. To have crash reports or purchase records deleted too, email us. The privacy policy has the details.
